More about Keith Beard
Keith Beard was an engineering consultant in the oil and gas industry whose clients ranged from medium and large sized corporations to State, Federal and International Government entities. Married for 50 years to his wife Narvelle, he has an adult son and daughter who have careers in the energy and communications industries. Keith took early retirement due to several major health problems and after bypass surgery has bounced back to live a very robust, active life. Due to his experience with heart disease and the subsequent bypass surgery, he began volunteering with Mended Hearts and currently holds a National Office in that organization. Keith has volunteered countless hours with Mended Hearts and believes that his particular black cloud truly had a silver lining. Hear Keith recount his life, career and volunteer efforts and let him share some of his life lessons with you.
