Patty DeDominic is a successful entrepreneur and former President of the
National Association of Women Business Owners. She is now the Founder and Producer of the
International Women’s Festivals, a collaboration of non-profit organizations dedicated to empowering girls and women through learning and networking events. DeDominic joins

From 1979 through 2006, DeDominic founded and grew
PDQ Personnel Services, Inc. which evolved to

CT Engineering. She sold those companies in 2006 to what became a billion dollar staffing firm. Part of the PDQ story is a case study of successful entrepreneurship and succession planning for the MBA program at
Stanford University. DeDominic’s firms have won national recognition and were honored by

Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, the

Named CEO of the Year by the
LA Business Journal in 2006, DeDominic has received over 20 distinguished awards including: Outstanding Business Leader from

Patty is the former Chairman of the Board of the LA Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the Foundation
SCORE and was the National President of The National Association of Women Business Owners. She served 6 years as a Director of the
Jane Goodall Institute and on the Board of Governors for HOBY.org. In addition, she is an adviser to the Chair and Founder of
Promerica Bank in Los Angeles,
The Weidemann Foundation (micro-credit lending), and several internet start-ups. From 2002-2005, she was a special adviser to
Dean Joseph Nye at
The Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
