Laurel Bellows is principal of Bellows Law Group, P.C., in Chicago IL, and is an experienced business lawyer of over 35 years. She is a mediator and litigator and counsels senior level executives and corporations, in the U.S. and internationally, on employment matters, severance agreements, incentive compensation, and workplace disputes. Laurel is the Immediate Past President of the American Bar Association and she has served as chair of the ABA’s policymaking House of Delegates and as chair of the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession. She was the 5th female president of the ABA, and was also the second female President of the Chicago Bar Association where she founded the Women’s Alliance.
