Healthy Colon: Happy Life! with Judy Edwards

Judy Edwards is the mother of seven children and soon-to-be 22 grandchildren. In 2010, because of years of occasional constipation, she started struggling with colon issues related to straining. Her therapist explained the importance of lifting her feet while using the toilet and that proper alignment would really make a difference.

That was her light bulb moment, and after researching the benefits of squatting, she along with her husband Bill, and son Bobby came up with the idea of the Squatty Potty footstool.
